About Us
At Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness, we have services to meet all needs including: Massage Therapy, Postural Therapy for Chronic Pain, Towel Service, Silver Sneakers, One-on-One Personal Training, and Group Training.

We have a variety of fitness classes each month. There is a class for everyone–Spin, Pilates, Cardio Salsa, Zumba, Barre Works, Silver Sneakers, Yoga…Just to name a few! All classes on the group schedule are included in your membership!

What CLASS will you try TODAY?

  • Tai Chi

    Sometimes called “Chinese shadow boxing”, Tai Chi is a gentle form of martial art and exercise that involves a formal series of flowing, graceful, slow-motion movements designed to harmonize the circulation of “chi” around the body. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

  • Stretching Yoga

    Gentle beginners yoga, focus mainly on flexibility while incorporating balance and relaxation.

  • Power Spin

    Taking spin to a whole new level in this high-intensity cycle class. 30 minutes of power pedaling!! As hard as you can go, as fast as you can go for 30 minutes!!

  • PiYo-Barre

    Total body workout that combines ballet, Pilates, and yoga techniques to strengthen the core, and tone arms, thighs, and glute. Movements are designed to improve overall posture alignment. Socks, bare feet, or ballet slippers required. No tennis shoes please.

  • Gentle Hatha Yoga

    A gentle paced yoga class, perfect for beginners. It is designed to be restorative to the body while promoting increased flexibility and muscle strength.

  • Belly Fit

    A holistic fitness class that incorporates elements of belly dancing, African dance, Indian dance, and Bollywood styles into an hour long class–cardio, cool down, and core (Pilates and yoga principles).

  • Basic Conditioning

    Various fitness components including cardio, muscle strength, balance, and a whole lot of fun! It increases gains in core strength, endurance, and flexibility. This class is great for those new to fitness or active older adults. Hand held weights and mats are typically used.

  • Barre Works!

    Combination of ballet, Pilates, & yoga. Challenging full body workout using light weights, ballet barre, & mats. Socks or ballet slippers work best, no dance experience required.

  • Body Flow

    Designed to stretch, strengthen, & tone using the basic techniques of Pilates and yoga. Focus is on posture, balance, & flexibility.

  • Butts & Guts

    Butts & Guts Class is composed of exercises specifically designed to focus on strengthening and toning your glute and abdomen.

  • Cardio Salsa

    Bring your energy and smiling face to this super fun cardio class with Carlos!

  • Conditioning

    Tone! Tone! Tone! Targets all muscle groups

  • Gotta Dance!

    Choreographed dance class to popular original songs by Billy Joel, Joe Cocker, Queen, Beatles, Elton John, and More!

  • Move & Groove

    Aerobic/Dance class, beginners welcome to this fun cardio class, that will get you moving and grooving.

  • Muscle Fit

    Designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen all major muscle groups using weights, balls, & bands.

  • Pilates

    A complete body conditioning class, concentrating on core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.

  • Piloxing

    The power, speed, & agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. Exhilarating dance moves for a muscle-toning, fat-burning workout! 1/2lb weight gloves are used to enhance toning benefits.

  • Silver Sneakers Classic

    Designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Chairs are available for sitting or standing support.

  • Spin

    Ride a stationary bike through different drills, terrains, and intervals to increase cardiovascular fitness.

  • Zumba

    This popular cardio dance class will combine fast and slow rhythms for a fun, rewarding workout!

  • Zumba Toning

    Basic Zumba, shaker toning weights to firm & tone.
