At Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness, we have services to meet all needs including: One-on-one personal training, small group circuit training, group fitness, dry saunas, showers, and Cocoa Beach BodyWorks & Spa.
We have a variety of fitness classes. There is a class for everyone–Spin, Silver Sneakers, Full Body Burn, Body Chisel…Just to name a few! All classes on the group schedule are included in your membership!
Exercise balls in basket + drumsticks=a whole lot of fun and rhythmical flow. This class is always a good time! Find your inner drummer with some exercise equipment and fantastic music.
Let’s Dance! A lower intensity version of Zumba for active, older adults.
Dance Party! This fun class combines Latin and International music with hip-shaking dance moves. An effective and fun aerobic workout!
Booty, Body, and Core
A well-rounded workout using free weights and your own body weight to strengthen all major muscle groups; designed to define, shape, and tone your entire body. All levels welcome.
Combo Fitness II
Cardio-endurance focused, this class will begin with cardio equipment and finish with a circuit style workout.
Combo Fitness I
A combo of pilates, kickboxing moves, barre, and gyrokinesis for full body toning, strengthening, lengthening, balance, and flexibility.
Mask Required Please. Easy-to-follow choreographed dance class to popular original songs by Billy Joel, Joe Crocker, Queen, Beatles, Elton John, and more! If you enjoy dancing to classic songs, you’ll enjoy this class.
Mask Required Please. Designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Chairs are available for sitting or standing support.
Beginner Tai Chi
Learn the ancient martial art of Tai Chi. Millions of individuals practice this slow,graceful mind/body exercise on a regular basis to enhance their balance, strength and mental acuity.
Full Body Burn
