Ridin’ Dirty Spin Class

A wild and fun evening Spin class with Jade!  Explicit music warning. Must be 18 or older to attend this Spin class.

A low impact walking workout class with simple moves and familiar favorite songs. Mask and reservation required please.

A combination of mental mediation, physical exercises, and breathing techniques to strength the muscles and core, relieve stress and increase flexibility. 

Power Hour Circuit Training

An hour of power for ALL LEVELS! Boost your fitness level with this professional option. This specialty small group, circuit class is held downstairs with Certified Personal Trainer, Kirsi. It is a full body workout with timed stations for strength training and cardio. $15 per class or $99 for the month. 

Iron Barre

A unique class that combines power pilates, strength training, and combat fitness moves. This class uses a variety of equipment and styles to tone and strengthen the entire body.

Zumba Gold

Let’s Dance! Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class for active older adults that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Text reservation and mask required. 

Gotta Dance!

Easy-to-follow choreographed dance class to popular original songs by Billy Joel, Joe Crocker, Queen, Beatles, Elton John, and more! If you enjoy dancing to classic songs, you’ll enjoy this class. Text reservation and mask required.

Silver Sneakers

Silver Sneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. 

Beginner Tai Chi

Mask required. Learn the ancient martial art of Tai Chi. Millions of individuals practice this slow,graceful mind/body exercise on a regular basis to enhance their balance, strength and mental acuity.
