Seeing good results

Excellent facilities, great equipment. I’m 76, had lobectamy 5 months ago and was just sitting around getting older and fatter. My insurance offers silver sneakers so decided to try. Been going for a month now and seeing good results. What’s really nice is while I’m not in the condition to do a great deal of strenuous exercises no one makes any jokes about it, everyone is very friendly and non judgemental. Silver Sneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. Mask required.
