About Us
At Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness, we have services to meet all needs including: One-on-one personal training, small group circuit training, group fitness, dry saunas, showers, and Cocoa Beach BodyWorks & Spa. 

We have a variety of fitness classes. There is a class for everyone–Spin, Silver Sneakers, Cardio Sculpt, Gotta Dance, Iron Barre, and Yoga…Just to name a few!

  • Zumba with Doug

    Zumba with Doug

    Known for his fun and funky dance moves, Doug brings the excitement and energy! Dance with Doug every Friday. All levels welcome.

  • Zumba with Amy

    Zumba with Amy

    An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and music. Come Zumba with us! Always a lot of fun and a great workout!

  • Yoga Sculpt

    Yoga Sculpt

    Yoga with light weights and core.

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga

    Yin is a joint focused Yoga, holding poses 3-10 minutes. This practice is wonderful for those dealing with joint pain as its focus is releasing through the ligaments and tendons surrounding the muscle. It is an amazing practice. Leaving you feeling uplifted and restored.

  • Super Stretch and Flex

    Super Stretch and Flex

    Stretching, flexibility, and increasing range of motion.

  • Senior Fit

    Senior Fit

    A low impact class that focuses on balance and flexibility, followed by strength training and core work. Appropriate for all ages and levels.

  • Pilates Fusion

    Pilates Fusion

    Combining traditional Pilates with other fitness disciplines to create a versatile and effective strength workout for all fitness levels.

  • Muscle Fit

    Muscle Fit

    A strength-based class. Whether you’re just beginning strength training or advanced, this class is designed for progressive overload and consistent muscle building. Let’s get strong!

  • Morning Fitness

    Morning Fitness

    A basic blend of strength training, bodyweight, and cardio style exercises. This class uses a variety of strength and toning equipment. All levels welcome.

  • Kickboxing with Attitude

    Kickboxing with Attitude

    Join Amy for this awesome cardio kickboxing class with jabs, punches, squats, kicks, a little attitude and more.

  • Gentle Stretch

    Gentle Stretch

    A gentle stretching class. Simple stretches help with flexibility and range of motion. May use chair. This is not a Yoga class.

  • Full Body Strength

    Full Body Strength

    A basic upper and lower body strength class for all levels. Three group instructors will alternate leading class: Amy, Jade, and Vickie.

  • Circuit

    Circuit

    Stability ball, ankle weight balance, glute and core-focused exercises.

  • Butts & Guts

    Butts & Guts

    Glutes and core. Exercises focusing on a perky behind and a strong center.

  • Beginning Tai Chi

    Beginning Tai Chi

    Slow, graceful mind/body exercise to enhance balance, strength, and mental clarity.

  • Walk this Way

    A low impact walking workout class with simple moves and familiar favorite songs. 

  • Yoga

    A combination of mental mediation, physical exercises, and breathing techniques to strength the muscles and core, relieve stress and increase flexibility. 

  • Drums Alive!

    So FUN! Using rhythm as the source of inspiration to discover a new group fitness experience Drums Alive® combines the benefits of a traditional physical fitness program with the brain affected benefits of music and rhythm. Drums Alive® is a program that fosters a healthy balance physically, mentally, emotionally and socially!   

  • Silver Sneakers

    Silver Sneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. Mask required. 

  • Spin

    Pedal a stationary bike through different drills, terrains, and intervals to increase cardiovascular fitness. Every instructor has their own style and music, so enjoy all week long.
